The Board of Directors is elected to two year terms by the Delegate Assembly of the Westside Lutheran School Association. The Board elects its own officers to one-year terms. The current Board:

The Board normally meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in the Music Room of the Dobbin Center at 7:00 pm. Following a brief devotion, the Board meeting opens with a Forum at which anyone in attendance is invited to speak to the Board. The Board may go into Executive Session for portions of its meeting.
Congregations of the WLSA are represented at the Delegate Assembly by as many as six of their members who meet periodically to hear reports, hold elections and meet with members of the Board and staff.
